Our Story

Thena Pita Bar was born from our love for Greece, especially the vibrant energy of Athens and the deep family roots of Ioannina in the Epirus region.

While our recent visits to Athens inspired the lively, modern spirit of our menu, Niko’s connection runs deeper. He spent many childhood summers in Ioannina, playing in the village and gathering around the table with his YiaYia and Pappou, learning that food is about simplicity, generosity, and community.

Those memories shape everything we do.
