Greekin’ Out began in 2015 as a dream -
a small food truck with a big love for authentic Greek flavors.

What started as weekend events quickly grew into a decade of catering weddings, festivals, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations all across Connecticut. Over the years, our gyro has become a customer favorite - especially topped with our house-made tzatziki sauce that guests now seek us out for.

In 2025, we were honored to be named one of the Top 10 Food Trucks in Connecticut by Connecticut Magazine - a recognition that means the world to our family.

Because Greekin’ Out has always been just that - a family effort. From the very beginning, our parents have stood beside us, helping on the truck and supporting us as we grow - including cheering us on while we raise our two-year-old daughter.
